Juliann
Woods, PhD, CCC-SLP
Juliann Woods served as Principal Investigator of the TaCTICS Outreach Project. She is a professor and the current chair in the
Department of Communication Disorders at Florida State University.
She has been an advocate for serving families in the natural environment
for over 25 years, developing and evaluating models for early intervention
service delivery in home and childcare.
Dr. Woods is currently
involved in multiple research and training projects
focusing on family-guided routines-based intervention. She conducts
training at the local, state, national, and international levels,
and participates in research on effective early intervention
practices for children with special needs. Her research is conducted in applied settings with children and families enrolled in early intervention programs and the providers that support them. She has authored assessment
and curriculum materials in early intervention and contributed to video and dvd training materials for positive behavior supports.
